Toucan Material and Wool established in 1996 in Standerton is a family business and is operating since 2005 in Mossel Bay on the Garden Route. We supply our customers with the widest range of products and the best in friendly service. The shop (with a floor space of 2500 square meters stocks) stocks a wide range of materials, wool and haberdashery for various uses as well as arts and crafts items. If we don’t have what you want, we will try to get it.

Many of our clients on the Garden Route visit our material and wool shop on a regular basis as we are getting a constant flow of new stock every week. The wool section is packed with various types and colours of wool including Saprotex (Elle), Vinni’s, Kismet and Kartapo all the way from Turkey and many more as well as knitting and crochet needles. Tunisian Hooks, Circular Needles, Knitting Looms, Knitting Patterns and other accessories are also available.

You can now also visit the “Koffie Lapa” our own coffee shop in the Toucan Building in Mossel Bay. Beverages and sweet treats are served.
